The series of vibrating screens, type VVE ELLITOR, are designed and constructed to offer a combination of high resistance and multiple applications capabilities. The avant-garde design of VVE ELLITOR screens places them at the top for the use in Quarry Plants of Modern Design, since it ensures:
- Maximum capacity
- Vibrations are not transferred to support tower
- Minimum maintenance
- Less volume
- Vibrators with easily adjustable counterbalances
Depending on the treatable material, the gravity center of vibration system can be moved for optimization of vibration pulse direction.
The specially designed position of vibrators gives the machine the following specialized vibration pattern:
- Feeding zone. Elliptical vibration towards the material direction for its quick movement through the whole screening surface.
- Central zone. Circular vibration for rhythmic forwarding of material flow.
- Output zone. Elliptical vibration on the contrary direction of material flow in order to increase screening capability
