Batching plants for precast applications are being designed exclusively according to the machines, site conditions, buildings and required production volumes. With maximum reliability and efficiency for producing all types of high-quality recipes, colored and mixes of low standard deviation offers units with capacities from 0,25 m³ up to 4,0 m³. Precast plants are available with a variety of options and can be designed to meet each client’s particular needs.

Considering the steel structure as all machines from the Group heavy and stable monolithic main chassis permits, extreme durability, safe transportation, continuous long-life operation and sensitive weighing by minimizing the vibrations to the scales.

Group TEXNOKAT precast concrete batching plants are used for production of precast concrete products such as concrete blocks, pipes, paving elements, hollow core, etc. They can be equipped with as many mixers as the project needs in various capacities and can be specially designed according to project layout, product type and concrete transfer with belt, distribution wagon or any other possible method.

Concrete transport systems such as concrete travelling buckets, ground buckets, conveyors etc. used for transferring concrete from the concrete plant to the desired point / points in the fastest, most effective and economical way.
